Exercising is hard, and it is sometimes boring, but do you know that there are ways to burn your fats without actually doing anything? A blogger posted this ridiculous formula and it has gone viral.

According to the blogger's post, here is the formula for the magic fat-burning concoction.

500 ml of almond milk;


2 tbsp. spread almond or coconut oil;

2 frozen bananas;

2 tbsp. of honey Little nutmeg;

2 tbsp. of acrid cream.


Simply blend everything and drink it fresh. The mixture can serve as a snack or as a breakfast meal.

Try it to know if it really works! Regardless, consult your doctor if you really need to lose weight without exercising.
